AMY LIPMAN-WHITE: 

Amy has extensive experience in assisting people in financial crisis and civil matters. She has represented clients in complex disputes in bankruptcy, banking, civil litigation, evictions, probate matters and real estate. Amy's goal is to avoid litigation or filing for bankruptcy, if at all possible. However, sometimes litigation and/or bankruptcy is the best alternative.  Amy works directly with her clients helping them to obtain the outcome they deserve.

Background History and Education:

Amy began her practice in Quincy, Massachusetts as a Partner in the Law Office of Lipman & White from 1992 to 2005. From there she became the Managing Attorney for the Bankruptcy Division at the Law Office of Stanton & Davis. She later became a Partner at the Law Office of Lipman & White, Hanover, Massachusetts.  Amy obtained her Bachelors of Arts in Communications, from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.  Amy later received her Juris Doctorate from Suffolk University Law School. Amy was admitted to practice in 1992 in the Courts of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Massachusetts.
